k999 Terms and Conditions

The meanings of certain specific terms used in this document are clarified below, and they carry the same meaning throughout these Terms.

• "Platform" — The k999 website, mobile application, and all services provided through them.
• "Member" — Any person who has registered on k999 and maintains an active account.
• "Account" — The personal profile created based on the information provided by the member at the time of registration.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or other benefit granted by k999, available under specific conditions.
• "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited into a member's account, which can be used for betting or gaming activities.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The verification process carried out by k999 to confirm a member's identity.

2.1 — Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on k999 and participate in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Operating an account on behalf of a minor or anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be accurate and up to date. Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be cancelled at any time.

2.2 — Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts — even using different names or identities — those accounts will be closed and the funds in them may be confiscated.

If a single device, IP address, or payment method is linked to multiple accounts, k999 reserves the right to investigate.

2.3 — KYC Verification

k999 may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents at any time to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This process is conducted for the protection of the member.

3.1 — Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds at k999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

Members must use a payment account registered in their own name. Sending funds through a third party is prohibited, and such transactions may be cancelled.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals must be made using the same method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer — that was used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if KYC verification is incomplete or if any investigation is ongoing on the account.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members at k999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times can the winnings earned from the bonus be withdrawn.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To become eligible for withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

1. A bonus will only be available to a member whose account has been fully verified.
2. An offer cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
3. k999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
4. k999's decision is final in all matters relating to the granting or cancellation of bonuses.
5. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to a third party or converted to cash.

4.3 — VIP Cashback

Members across k999's three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Cashback applies at up to 0.5% for Bronze, 1.0% for Silver, and 1.5% for Gold.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total weekly losses minus total weekly winnings. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

5.1 — General Betting Rules

A member's account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet on the k999 platform. Once a bet is placed and a game has started, it generally cannot be cancelled, unless the game remains incomplete due to a technical issue.

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, k999 will assess the situation reasonably and make a decision. In such cases, the member may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k999 platform:

1. Using bonus funds to follow artificial or risk-free betting strategies.
2. Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
3. Placing bets from another member's account or accessing another person's account.
4. Participating in any coordinated or collusive strategy that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
5. Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance may be confiscated.

5.3 — Special Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, the official score announced after the match result is declared will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, that bet will be declared void and the staked amount will be refunded.

In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is voided it will be removed from the multi and the total odds will be recalculated. However, if two or more selections are voided, the terms of the entire bet may change.

6.1 — Login Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login details — username and password — completely confidential. k999 will never ask for a password by email, phone, or any other means. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited.

If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the k999 support team immediately. The member will be held responsible for any losses resulting from their own negligence.

9.2 — Closure at the Member's Own Request

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. If wagering requirements for bonus earnings have not been met, that bonus portion will be forfeited.

10.1 — Limitation of Liability

k999 will endeavour to provide the best possible remedy for any loss arising from technical faults on the platform, internet disruption, or third-party causes; however, k999's liability for direct or indirect financial loss is limited.

If a member suffers a loss due to providing incorrect information or through their own carelessness, that liability rests with the member.
